Prerequisites

Master Max Cape requires Max Cape first.

12 skills are real 120 caps Attack, Strength, Ranged, Magic, Dungeoneering, Herblore, Thieving, Slayer, Farming, Invention, Archaeology and Necromancy actually reach level 120 — shown as "120" above. The other 17 skills cap at 99 or 110 but count toward 120 as a virtual level once you have enough XP — shown as "Virtual 120".
You'll unlock this alongside Max Cape since real level 120 in a skill always passes through real level 99, most players end up eligible for both around the same time.
Buying isn't a separate requirement once the keystone is used at the Ornate Grave, purchase from Minerva in Falador for 3,480,000 coins — it's just claiming the reward.
